Company Profile

Lewis Bateman specialise in the conversion of former barns into residential property. We carry out every stage of our developments from gaining planning permissions and design through to the finished property.

Each property comes with an independent architect certification. Our objective is to provide a top quality product bespoke in both design and finish and service. We are very aware that moving is stressful and also probably the largest investment any individual makes during a lifetime.

My name is Paul Lewis(Managing Director). My role is to provide good stable management to the company on a long term bases providing strategy and finance to give the company long term stability. My history is in business management and finance. I have a sister company which for the last 12 years has supplied insulation materials to the construction industry which has a unique reputation for reliability and quality.

Alan Bateman Chartered Building Surveyor 24 years experience in the construction industry. Having an enviable reputation for the specialist detail in which he provides to our customers both in design and fixture and finish to our properties.
